The new $7 million and 841 sqm Newleaf Community Centre, called The Hub @Bonnyrigg (Dhanawi) was officially opened on Monday 13 February 2023. Stocks pulled in the final trading of the year on Thursday. The ASX 200 Index was down 5.5% in 2022. This is the biggest decline since 2018. But over that period the ASX 200 averaged 6.1% gains per annum.
